Intuitive Eating is a holistic self-care approach that helps you reconnect with your body's innate signals. By practicing the 10 core principles of Intuitive Eating, you’ll learn to listen to and trust your body’s cues regarding hunger, fullness, and satisfaction.

As an Intuitive Eater, you will:

Through developing a deeper connection with your mind and body, you’ll learn to interpret and respond to your feelings—both pleasant and unpleasant—promoting a balanced and fulfilling relationship with food and yourself.

How long will it take

There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline—some may find this process quick, while for others, it could take months or even years. The duration largely depends on your personal history with diet culture and how deeply ingrained your food rules and beliefs are.

What’s important to remember is that the effort you invest in this process is truly worthwhile. As you embrace Intuitive Eating, you’ll build a resilient trust with your body and mind, freeing yourself from the cycle of dieting and its constant trends. Once you achieve this, you’ll find that you’re no longer swayed by fleeting diet fads. Instead, you’ll enjoy a balanced and empowering relationship with food that supports your long-term well-being.
Will I lose weight?
Intuitive Eating doesn’t centre around weight loss; instead, it focuses on nurturing a healthier, more positive relationship with food and your body. As you embark on this journey, you may notice changes in your weight—whether you lose weight, gain weight, or stay the same. What’s most important is finding your Genetic Set Point, the weight where your body naturally feels most at ease and healthy.

For now, we gently encourage you to set aside any specific goals related to weight change. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore and understand the deeper reasons behind your desire to change your body. This process is about fostering sustainable, healthy behaviours and discovering the freedom that comes from no longer being preoccupied with weight.
